London Marathon - 22-04-2018

Four members of our team bravely signed up to run the London Marathon on Sunday 22nd April! If the task of running 26 miles was not daunting enough they had to deal with the added fact that this was the hottest London Marathon on record at 23.2°. But this didn't stop them, they were absolutely brilliant. We are very proud of them. All the training and hard runs in all kinds of weather prior helped them along the way and they took inspiration from the support they received from every donation made towards them smashing through their target of £4K. Congratulations to all four brave runners and every runner that took part in this years London Marathon. And a huge thank you to everyone that sponsored our fab four.

tandem 14 mile sponsored walk in northampton & worthing

1st october 2011

Tandem sponsored walk in the Midlands and in the South.  Approximately 60 people took part in a tandem sponsored walk from Market Harborough to Northampton in the Midlands and from Brighton to Worthing in the South.  We had planned for wet and cold weather, yet we were blessed with the hottest October day since records began!!  Both walks held a finish line event with a raffle and fun and games.  It was a great atmosphere and exceeded our expectations with what it raised!

All of these fundraising efforts have raised a grand total of £17653.10 for the MS Society and we could not be more grateful.  We are very much looking forward to raising a lot more money and awareness for a brilliant charity.
